Latest Name and Campus Updates

Dear Church Family,

I hope this message finds you well as we step into this new year filled with hope and opportunity! I’m excited to share two important updates with you about the future of our church and our growing ministry.

Our Name Change Journey

As of November, our church voted to embrace the name Catalyst Baptist Church. This decision reflects our vision to multiply the hope of Jesus in our community and beyond. While our mission to seek, serve, and share Jesus remains unchanged, this new name signifies the growth and transformation we’re embracing as a church family.
The transition to our new name is officially underway, and you’ll start to see more changes take shape in February. From new signage to updated materials, our goal is to reflect this exciting new chapter in a way that feels fresh and inviting.

Bacchus Marsh Campus Update

The transition of Bacchus Marsh Baptist Church into our Catalyst family is also moving forward in wonderful ways!
To prepare for exciting renovations, we paused services in December and January to clear out the building. Starting FEB 2, we’ll be holding Sunday services offsite at the West Maddingley Early Years Community Hub. Services will continue at this location until the building renovations are complete.
This is an exciting time to join the Bacchus Marsh congregation! Whether you’re looking for a location closer to home or feel led to serve short-term, there’s an opportunity for everyone. We’re also looking for help with the renovations, so if you have time, skills, or resources to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.
